We Tried Xin Cuisine's Guangzhou Delicacies Menu at Holiday Inn Atrium: Crispy Quail, 500g Boston Lobster and Dai Pai Dong Nostalgia, to 31 Oct 2026
Xin Cuisine at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is running a Guangzhou Delicacies menu until 31 October 2026, built from Executive Chinese Chef Kwan's recent eating trip through Guangzhou and a tribute to the city's dai pai dong (大排档) street kitchens. We went down to try it. The run includes a Stone Pot Crispy Grass Carp Fillet in Rich Papaya Soup, Crispy Deep-Fried Quail, a 500g Boston Lobster in Superior Broth with Rice Noodles, Tender Beef Offal Slowly Cooked in Five-Spice with Radish, Steamed White Eel with Black Bean Sauce and a Red Bean Rice Cake to finish. Dishes are ordered a la carte alongside the regular menu; note the restaurant closes Mondays and Tuesdays.
