Free food run: 7-Eleven Singapore is handing out FREE ready-to-eat items every Wednesday this July as part of its new 'Find the Good Stuff' campaign — about 10,000 items across selected stores islandwide, no membership, no app and no minimum spend for the freebie. The first two Wednesdays (8 Jul sandwiches, 15 Jul packed meals) are done, but two are still to come: FREE Onigiri on Wed 22 July and FREE 7-Eleven Wraps on Wed 29 July, given out from the morning while stocks last (selected SKUs, first-come-first-served — get there early). Set an early alarm: on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, 7-Eleven Singapore is giving away 2,500 FREE ready-to-eat sandwiches islandwide — no membership, no app, no minimum spend. From 8:00am, the first 50 customers at each of 50 participating stores get a free sandwich in one of two popular flavours: Egg & Cheese or Tuna. That works out to just 50 sandwiches per store, so once they're gone, they're gone — the classic 'don't say bojio, be kiasu' situation.
