21 on Rajah, the halal-certified buffet restaurant at Aloft Singapore Novena, has swapped its Penang theme for the Phomidable Hanoi Buffet, cooked with Sous Chef Huong from JW Marriott Hanoi. It runs to Friday 13 November 2026, and the group deal is back: four adults pay for two at lunch and for three at dinner.
