21 on Rajah, the halal-certified buffet restaurant at Aloft Singapore Novena, has a new theme: the Phomidable Hanoi Buffet, cooked in collaboration with Sous Chef Huong from JW Marriott Hanoi. It runs to Friday 13 November 2026, and it brings back the group deal that made the summer Penang buffet popular.

The deal and what you actually pay
The offer is simple: bring four adults, and two eat free at lunch, or one eats free at dinner. The buffet price depends on the day, so here is the full ladder from 21 on Rajah's booking page, with our nett estimate (10% service charge plus 9% GST, applied to the discounted bill):

Weekday lunch is the one to book. It halves the price, while dinner only takes off a quarter. A table of four at a weekday lunch pays about $143.88 in total.
What is on the Hanoi menu
21 on Rajah's own listing names these dishes, alongside its usual Asian spread:
- Live station: Pho Bo (beef noodle soup) and Bun Ca (fish noodle soup)
- Cua Rang Muoi Tieu: Vietnamese salt and pepper crab
- Tom Nuong: grilled shrimp skewers with salt and chilli
- Hau Nuong Mo Hanh: grilled oysters with scallion oil
- Canh Ga Nuong: grilled chicken wings
- DIY Banh Mi
The fine print
- Dates. 11 September to Friday 13 November 2026.
- Adults only. The terms say the promotion is for adult diners only. Children aged 6 to 12 pay the child rate ($30++ to $40++), and under-6s eat free.
- Taxes. All prices carry a 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
- No stacking. Not valid with any other promotion or existing card promotion.
- No private or corporate events, and group dining is capped at 20 diners.
- Hours. Lunch 12pm to 2.30pm on weekdays and 12pm to 3pm on weekends; dinner 6pm to 9.30pm daily. The homepage says the buffet line closes 15 minutes before the end of each session.
Tips
- Book the experience, not a plain table. Reserve through the "Phomidable Hanoi Buffet" experience on 21 on Rajah's SevenRooms page, where each time slot is tagged Dine 4 Pay 2 or Dine 4 Pay 3. You can also call 6808 6847.
- Watch the Deepavali weekend. Deepavali falls on Sunday 8 November, and MOM lists Monday 9 November as a public holiday. Saturday 7 to Monday 9 November count as weekend, eve-of-PH or PH days, so lunch is $70++ before the deal.
- Groups of eight. The deal is written per four diners. For eight adults, confirm with the restaurant when booking that you get it twice.
- Birthday in your group? 21 on Rajah's birthday offer (the celebrant eats free with four others) cannot be combined with this deal, so pick whichever saves more.
