Wild Wild Wet is turning August into one long birthday party — and unusually, it's giving away the entry ticket. The Birthday Splash Fest runs 1–31 August 2026, marking three things at once: SG61, the water park's 22nd anniversary (it opened in 2004), and the birthday of its mascot, Flumi.

> Quick view: FREE admission for anyone born in August (capped at first 50 guests on Peak days / first 100 on Off-Peak) · promo rates $22 Adult / $16 Child Off-Peak, $35 / $25 Peak · 50% off all WWW T-shirts (U.P. $35) · free balloon 5–6pm on August weekends · online purchase only · park CLOSED Tuesdays · 1–31 Aug 2026.

The headline: August babies enter free

If your birthday falls anywhere in August, admission is free — not a discount, the whole ticket. A Peak-day Adult Day Pass is normally $39, so this is one of the more valuable "birthday freebies" going in Singapore right now.

The catch is the cap, and it matters more than most fine print:

  • First 50 guests on Peak days
  • First 100 guests on Off-Peak days

That makes it first-come, not an entitlement. Peak covers Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted school and public holidays; Off-Peak is weekdays. Since National Day lands on Sunday 9 August with the public holiday in lieu on Monday 10 August, both fall under the tighter 50-guest cap — if you want a realistic shot, aim for a quieter Off-Peak weekday and its 100 slots.

Free entry is valid for online purchase only, and verification is carried out at the Wild Wild Wet entrance — bring photo ID showing your date of birth.

Not an August baby? Tickets are cheaper anyway

The official campaign poster prices the month's tickets like this, against the standard board rates:

TicketStandardBirthday Splash FestYou save
Off-Peak Adult (13+)$29$22$7
Off-Peak Child (3–12)$21$16$5
Peak Adult (13+)$39$35$4
Peak Child (3–12)$29$25$4

For two adults and two children, that's about $24 saved Off-Peak or $16 at Peak. Note that these promo rates appear on the campaign poster rather than the park's day-pass table, which still shows board rates — confirm the final figure at checkout once August booking opens.

The NTUC maths worth doing first

NTUC members get 30% off board rates all year, and the promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts and vouchers. Run the numbers and the member rate wins on every tier:

  • Off-Peak Adult: $20.30 (NTUC) vs $22 (promo)
  • Off-Peak Child: $14.70 vs $16
  • Peak Adult: $27.30 vs $35
  • Peak Child: $20.30 vs $25

So if you're an NTUC member and it isn't your birthday month, stay on your member rate. Also worth remembering: U Live members (NTUC members aged 55+), Pioneer and Merdeka Generation cardholders and toddlers under 3 already get in free year-round.

The rest of the August perks

  • Free balloon from the crew between 5–6pm on all weekends in August, while stocks last.
  • 50% off all Wild Wild Wet T-shirts (U.P. $35) throughout the month.

The fine print

  1. Valid 1–31 Aug 2026, online purchase only.
  2. Free entry capped at 50 (Peak) / 100 (Off-Peak) guests per day, verified at the entrance.
  3. Not combinable with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
  4. No LinkPoints issued or redeemed on this promotion.
  5. Day Passes are valid only on the date of purchase, and are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be resold.
  6. The park may close for corporate or private events, with no Day Pass sales on those days.
  7. The park is closed on Tuesdays — an easy way to waste a trip if you're planning a weekday visit.

Make a day of it

The Birthday Splash Fest sits inside Downtown East's broader SG61 programme. SongkRun 2026 — pitched as Asia's first running and water festival — takes over the park on 1 August, SplashCamp runs till 31 August, and Downtown East is opening PLAYON, a 13,200 sq ft indoor digital sports playground, in August, with a National Day community sing-along on 8 August. Those wider programme details come from event coverage rather than the park's own promotion page, so confirm timings on Downtown East's official channels before making a special trip.
