Starbucks Singapore is running 25% off storewide for one week, from Monday 7 to Sunday 13 September 2026. There is no promo code and nothing to unlock in the app. You save the voucher image, buy at least two items in one transaction, and show the image at the counter.
> Quick view: 25% off storewide, 7 to 13 Sep 2026, at any Starbucks store in Singapore. Minimum 2 items in a single transaction. Show the saved voucher image when you pay. In-store purchases only. Five exclusions on the voucher, and it cannot be combined with any other promotion, reward or discount.
That is a genuinely good headline number for a chain that usually discounts by the drink. It is also the word to hold up to the light. Storewide is Starbucks' word, but the voucher's own fine print carves out five categories, and in this particular week those five happen to cover most of what a Starbucks regular would actually be planning to buy.
What the voucher actually says
The whole offer lives on one image. Reproduced from the voucher, the terms read:
> Valid on all in-store purchases with a minimum of 2 items in a single transaction. Not valid on Starbucks Reserve and Weave exclusive beverages & merchandise with engraving services, Mooncake Gift Boxes, brand collaboration merchandise (Jay Chou and Mofusand) and discounted items. Not applicable to the purchase or reload of Starbucks Cards. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, rewards, or discounts. Event in Singapore only.
Two things follow from that wording. First, it is an in-store voucher, and it tells you to show the image at any store. Nothing about a code, the online store or a delivery platform, so do not plan a Starbucks Delivers order around it. Second, the discount is on the transaction, not on a second item, which means a bigger eligible basket saves more. Two eligible items totalling $20 come to $15. Four eligible items totalling $40 come to $30.
The five exclusions, and why they bite this week
1. Mooncake Gift Boxes. Mid-Autumn Festival falls on 25 September 2026, so this is exactly the week people start buying boxes. Starbucks has ruled its own out. Note the wording is specifically *Gift Boxes*, so if you are buying a single mooncake rather than a boxed set it is worth asking at the counter rather than assuming either way.
2. Brand collaboration merchandise. Starbucks names both lines in brackets: Jay Chou and Mofusand. The Singapore-exclusive Mofusand collection has been on shelves since 25 August, and it is the most wanted merchandise in the store right now. It gets nothing from this voucher.
3. The Jay Chou line, which is the interesting one. Starbucks putting Jay Chou in an exclusion list dated 7 to 13 September is itself the confirmation that a Jay Chou collection is landing in Singapore inside this promo window. Reports put the drop on 9 September, though that date is not printed on Starbucks' own voucher, so treat the exact day as unconfirmed. What is confirmed, from Starbucks' own text, is that the 25% will not apply to it when it arrives.
4. Starbucks Reserve and Weave exclusive beverages, plus merchandise with engraving services. If your local is a Reserve store, the Reserve-exclusive drinks are out; the regular menu at that store is not.
5. Discounted items. Anything already sitting on another promotion is out, which is the standard clause but worth checking against whatever seasonal price cut is running on the shelf you are standing at.
The catch most people will hit
The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, rewards, or discounts.
That collides directly with something a lot of readers are holding. Starbucks sold its $12.90 Voucher Pack from 1 to 6 September, and those vouchers run for 10 days from the date of purchase, not to a fixed end date. Buy on 6 September and they live to roughly 15 September. So a large number of people have live free-Tall-drink and 1-for-1 Venti vouchers sitting in the app at the same time as this 25%.
You cannot use both in one transaction. Pick per basket:
- A free Tall drink voucher usually wins on a small run, because 25% off a two-item order is a few dollars while the voucher is the whole drink.
- The 25% usually wins on a bigger eligible basket, say two drinks plus two food items, where a quarter off the whole bill outruns one free drink.
- Nothing stops you doing two separate transactions, one on the voucher and one on the 25%, as long as each transaction meets its own conditions. The 25% one still needs two items.
Also excluded: buying or reloading a Starbucks Card. You cannot load $100 of stored value for $75.
So is it worth a trip?
Yes, if you were going anyway and you are buying two or more ordinary things. A drink and a breakfast item, or two drinks for a catch-up, is exactly the basket this is built for, and 25% off the whole bill with no code and no membership gate is a cleaner deal than most of what Starbucks runs.
No, if the plan was to finally get the Mofusand tumbler, pre-order a mooncake box, or wait out the Jay Chou drop. All three are named exclusions. The window closes on Sunday 13 September.
