Who is Souper Tang?

Founded in 2009 by two Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and herbal specialists, Souper Tang has grown into one of the region's best-known herbal-soup names — over 7 million bowls sold and 20+ outlets across ASEAN. The philosophy is simple: soups slow-simmered daily with premium Chinese herbs and fresh ingredients, with no unnecessary additives — nourishing, homely food in the Chinese-wellness tradition.

It's actually a return to Singapore: Souper Tang ran an outlet at The Centrepoint about a decade ago before this new flagship.

The signatures to try

The Raffles City outlet is set to carry 15 types of signature soups — billed as the largest herbal-soup range in Singapore — plus a full spread of wok dishes, rice, noodles and desserts.
