Two corrections while we were in FairPrice's rate pages. The Pioneer, Merdeka and senior discounts every grocery roundup lists do not apply online at all, because FairPrice requires the cardholder to be physically present. And CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders are the only shoppers who get that S$3.99 service fee waived without paying for a membership, though FairPrice rewrote those terms on 3 September 2026 and the minimum spend is now S$100, up from S$80.
Five platforms, five completely different definitions of "free shipping", and the one that catches most people is not a threshold at all.

The monthly Payday Sale and the 9.9 and 12.12 campaigns are when the vouchers go widest and the minimums go lowest. The catch is the one nobody writes down: an uncollected voucher applies nothing at all, so a basket checked out without tapping the voucher first pays full freight. Best for small impulse buys and cross-border finds, and the only realistic option under S$20.

Read the free-shipping offer closely though, because it is not a waiver. LazMall's own page states that free shipping is subject to a minimum spend and is applied as a Free Shipping Voucher capped at S$1.49, so it wipes out a small local delivery charge in full but leaves you topping up the difference on anything bulky or going a longer distance. What you get in exchange is a stronger premium store presence, with official outlets for Samsung, Uniqlo, Watsons and the like. Best for branded purchases where authenticity matters, and the vouchers go widest during 11.11 and Hari Raya.

Singapore's most trusted grocery brand, and the one place on this list where free delivery does not mean a free order. FairPrice's own rate page sets out a three-tier delivery table: waived at S$59 and above, S$5.00 below that, and S$26.75 on any order of more than 600 items. What almost every roundup leaves out sits on that same page. The service fee is a separate charge from delivery, and in FairPrice's own words it is a fixed fee that will be included for all online orders, so clearing S$59 does not remove it. For a non-member that fee is S$3.99. In practice, the cheapest possible FairPrice online order still costs S$3.99 in fees, and a S$40 basket costs S$8.99 before a single grocery item. Two groups get it waived. FairPrice Digital Club members pay S$9.99 a month, or S$7.99 a month on the annual plan billed at S$95.88, and get unlimited free delivery plus the service fee waived on every S$59+ order along with 2X Linkpoints, which only pays for itself at roughly two orders a month. Two caveats still apply, and iHerb publishes both. Free shipping is available only for selected shipping services, so compare the options at checkout rather than assuming the default one is free. And the threshold is measured on your subtotal after discounts, so a voucher can quietly drop you back under SG$30 and reinstate the fee. That matters because iHerb's offers page (re-read 22 September 2026) runs two standing codes. NEW25 takes 25% off a first order for new customers, so you need a basket of at least SG$40 before the code to stay above SG$30 after it. GOLDSG takes 10% off orders over SG$140, capped at US$100. That replaces the S$50 threshold and S$4.90 fee we had been carrying as last-verified, and it moves Zalora from below FairPrice's S$59 to above it in the basket-size ladder. Zalora's FAQ also now describes a return processing fee for accounts it flags as frequent returners. We previously said Pioneer and Merdeka cardholders get 3% off on Wednesdays and seniors 2% on Tuesdays, "extended through end-2026", inside a section about shopping online. FairPrice's own terms list the participating platforms as its supermarkets, Scan & Go, self-checkout, cashier lanes and Unity Pharmacy, and a separate help article states plainly that these discounts are not available online because customers must be physically present for verification. We have moved that claim out of the online context and dropped the end-2026 date, which FairPrice does not publish. The scheme also runs across three days, not two: Pioneer on Mondays, seniors aged 60 and above on Tuesdays, Pioneer and Merdeka on Wednesdays, all capped at S$200 spend per customer per day.
CHAS Blue and Orange added. FairPrice's CHAS terms give cardholders a service fee waiver worth S$3.99 on online and Express delivery orders, Thursdays for Blue and Fridays for Orange, plus a same-day discount at the till. That is the only route to a genuinely fee-free FairPrice order without paying for Digital Club, and no roundup we could find mentions it. Both the minimum spend and the discount rate moved on 3 September 2026, so read the current figures in the note at the top of this section.

Lazada still states that LazMall free shipping is subject to a minimum spend and capped at S$1.49 as a voucher, with 2x money back on inauthentic items. Both SAFRA Shopee codes are still on SAFRA's promotions page with the same redemption limits and the same 31 December 2026 expiry, and we have added the "selected sellers only" line from the terms. Zalora remains the one we cannot re-confirm: its help centre is behind a login, so the S$50 minimum and S$4.90 fee are last-verified rather than freshly checked.
Work it out on fees alone, since the Linkpoints are a rounding error. A non-member ordering S$59 or more pays S$0 delivery and S$3.99 service fee. Below S$59 they pay S$5.00 plus S$3.99, so S$8.99. The monthly plan costs S$9.99, which means it breaks even at roughly two and a half orders a month if you always clear S$59, or just over one order a month if you routinely order small. The annual plan at S$95.88 works out to S$7.99 a month and breaks even at two S$59+ orders a month. If you order groceries online weekly, it pays. If you order twice a month and always clear S$59, it roughly washes. If you order occasionally, it does not.
Free shipping is only half the saving. The online shopping deals that actually move the needle in Singapore run on a predictable calendar, so the cheapest basket is usually a well-timed one:
