Resorts World Sentosa has posted a kids' dining campaign for the September school holidays. The campaign artwork is headed School Holiday Treats for Little Ones! and dates it 5 to 30 September 2026; the promo page titles it Special Treats for Kids This September and names five participating restaurants.
Then it stops. It does not say what the child gets, or what you have to spend to get it.

What RWS has actually published
The promotions page carries three verified facts and nothing more:
- The dates. 5 to 30 September 2026, on both the page and the campaign key visual.
- The five outlets. KA-MON (Hotel Michael, Level 1), Syun (Hotel Michael, Level 2), Soi Social (Hotel Michael, Level 2), Ocean Restaurant (Equarius Hotel) and Table by Pierre Herme (WEAVE, #01-234).
- The shape of the deal. "Exclusive kids' dining offers at participating restaurants" with "a qualifying minimum spend by accompanying adults".
The page then says to browse the participating outlets below to discover the available offers. The outlet cards below it carry a photo, a cuisine tag, a location and a booking button. There is no offer on any of them. We also checked all five restaurants' own pages on rwsentosa.com: not one of them mentions the campaign.
So the honest position is that the promotion is officially published and real, and its mechanics are not. Anyone telling you "kids eat free at RWS in September" is filling in a blank that RWS left empty.
What the giveaway is worth, priced off the brand's own menus
Since the offer is unpublished, the useful number is what a child's meal costs at these restaurants when nothing is running. Three of the five publish a kids' menu PDF:

Soi Social is the value pick on paper. For the same $22++ as KA-MON's box you get a genuine three courses with a choice at every stage: kai bai toey (pandan-wrapped kampong chicken) or moo ping (charcoal-grilled pork skewers) to start, tom jued woonsen, crabmeat khao pad pu or wagyu khao pad nua as the main, then coconut sorbet, mango sticky rice or tub tim krob.
Syun's Nyanko Box is the outlier at $35++, and worth reading closely: five mains are included, but the wagyu hamburg steak omurice that headlines the list carries a +$15 supplement, which pushes that particular combination to $50++ before service and tax.
Ocean Restaurant and Table by Pierre Herme publishing no kids' menu is the most interesting line in the table. Both are on the participating list, and neither has a children's set to discount, which means whatever they are doing in September is something new. That is a question worth asking, not a gap to assume away.
The age gate nobody mentions
All three published kids' sets print the same restriction: age 5 to 12 only. That rules out preschoolers and it rules out teenagers, in a school-holiday campaign aimed at families. If your child is four or thirteen, do not build an evening around this until someone at the restaurant confirms what applies to them.
Sizing the minimum spend
RWS has not published the qualifying adult spend, but the adult menus tell you the neighbourhood you are shopping in. All prices are before 10% service and 9% GST:
- Soi Social set lunch: $38++ for two courses, $48++ for three, dessert and a drink included.
- KA-MON Teishoku set lunch: $39++, served with seasonal rice, chawanmushi, salad, miso soup and mochi ice cream. Several mains carry supplements of $10 to $18.
- Syun Ohirugohan lunch set: $45++. The Premium Chuushoku is $98++ and the Premium Sushi Lunch Set starts at $138++.
- Ocean Restaurant: $48++ for two courses, $60++ for three, drink included.
- Table by Pierre Herme: a la carte only. Breakfast runs 10am to 12pm (last order 11.30am) and the all-day menu 12pm to 9pm (last order 8.30pm), per its own menu.
Two adults on Soi Social's two-course set lunch plus one kids' set is $98++, about $117.50 nett. If the child's set turned out to be free, that is $26.38 back on a bill of that size.
Two levers on the same page
- Code RWSONLINE takes 5% off restaurant bookings made on rwsentosa.com. RWS does not say whether it stacks with the September kids' offer.
- Dine and Enjoy Free Parking covers all five of these restaurants on a minimum SGD20 spend on a single dine-in receipt, redeemed at the restaurant on the day, one per person per day. Any adult set lunch here clears that. But the same terms state the parking coupon is "not to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount and other vouchers", so treat parking and the kids' offer as an either/or until the restaurant says otherwise.
The timing point
The school break runs 5 to 13 September, with Teachers' Day on Friday 4 September giving most primary and secondary pupils a 10-day stretch. This promotion starts on Saturday 5 September, the first day of the break, and runs to 30 September, so 17 of its 26 days fall after the holidays are over. If the campaign is any good, the quiet, cheap time to use it is the last two weeks of September, not the crowded first week.

- At the outlet you want, what does the child receive - a free set, a discounted set, or a dessert?
- What is the qualifying adult spend, and is it per adult or per bill?
Everything else about this promotion is confirmed. Those two answers are the promotion.
