NOVELA, the homegrown members-only beauty chain, has turned Halloween into a two-week sale. Spooktacular Beauty Treats runs from Saturday 17 October to Sunday 1 November 2026 at all its Singapore stores, with prices like Crème de la Mer 30ml at S$168 and Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair 115ml at S$138.

The offer
NOVELA announced the sale on Instagram on 16 October: "no tricks, just treats", up to 80% off skincare, makeup and fragrance, with Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Givenchy and AMUSE named as headliners. Its three campaign posters print 23 specific deals. Most are labelled VIP price, and four are multi-buy bundles.

The Ariul four-pack is the deepest cut on the posters at 75% off RSP. Nothing printed actually reaches 80%.
The fine print
- VIP prices need VIP. Every single-item deal is labelled "VIP price". NOVELA now sells the VIP Lite Pass at S$30 for two calendar months (prices only, no rewards, non-refundable) and VIP Gold at S$120 a year.
- Bundles are not labelled VIP, so non-members should ask at the counter whether those apply to them.
- T&Cs apply, while stocks last. Popular sizes like the La Mer 30ml can sell out before 1 November.
- Online can differ. NOVELA's own terms say store and online prices may not match, so check the app before you travel for one item.
The CityLink Mall opening
NOVELA's eighth store opens at CityLink Mall (#B1-48) on Friday 23 October. It has a Halloween Charm Bar for VIP members on opening day, with an RSVP link on NOVELA's Instagram. NOVELA says more details are coming, so opening-day extras may be announced.
Tips
- Do the S$30 maths first. One La Mer or one ANR saves about S$220 against RSP, so the pass pays for itself. A basket of small items under S$30 total does not.
- Pair the pass with a second haul. VIP Lite covers two calendar months, so the same S$30 carries you into November and early December gift shopping.
- Check RSPs against other stores. NOVELA's "RSP" is the brand's list price; department stores and Sephora often run their own promotions, so compare before you call it the cheapest.
- Go before the last weekend. "While stocks last" sales thin out fastest on the final Saturday and Sunday, 31 October and 1 November.
