The 'first 50 pax daily' opens with the store at 10am. Realistic queue formation: 9:15-9:30am for weekdays, 8:30-9am for Sat/Sun (15 May is the last day — Saturday/Sunday, predictably the busiest). The first 30 in line are basically guaranteed; pax 30-50 is dependent on whether anyone ahead skips out. If you arrive after 10:30am, your odds drop sharply — by 11am on weekday, the 50/day allocation is typically gone. Jewel Changi opens to the public at 10am too, so you can't queue inside before that — wait at the entrance.

Jewel Changi Airport, B1-247 — basement level 1 of Jewel. From Changi Airport MRT (CG2), exit to Jewel via the underground link; once in Jewel, take the escalator down to B1 and head toward the food court / quick-service-restaurant cluster. B1-247 is in that cluster. The 50-pax queue typically forms in the corridor outside the unit. Note: this is the only Jewel Changi outlet — BHC's other SG outlets at SAFRA Mount Faber, Bukit Panjang Plaza, etc, do NOT honour this opening promotion.

If you want to turn the free Chicken Burger into a full meal, you can pay $4 extra to add fries + a drink — making the whole meal $4 instead of the regular $14.90 set. That's roughly a 73% saving on a complete meal. Most takeaway recipients seem to be doing the upgrade — the queue post-burger-receipt for the upgrade order is typically the second-longest line.
