8 Best Wireless Earbuds in Singapore (2026): Sony, AirPods, Bose, Samsung and More, From S$59

The best noise-cancelling earbuds in Singapore now cost S$289 to S$349, well under their S$379-S$479 list prices, and the store you buy from matters more than the brand. We priced all eight at Challenger, Best Denki and the brand stores on 29 September 2026.

Flagship earbuds rarely sell at list price in Singapore any more, so check the shop before the brand.

> Quick view: best overall is the Sony WF-1000XM6 at S$319 (Challenger); most top pairs now run S$289-S$349; the catch is that the brand store is usually the dearest place to buy.

Sony WF-1000XM6: the best overall, S$319 at Challenger

Sony's sixth-generation flagship is the pair to beat on sound and noise cancelling together. It runs on Sony's new HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3e, which Sony says cuts 25% more noise than the WF-1000XM5, with redesigned feed-forward mics for less wind noise. Battery is rated at 8 hours with noise cancelling on and 24 hours with the case, and it is IPX4 splash resistant. The list price is S$479, but nobody charges it: Challenger sells it at S$319 in black or silver, and Sony's own store and Best Denki both sell it at S$339. Sony's store adds a S$5 voucher for new My Sony Rewards members and a S$59 Premium Care plan that extends the warranty to 27 months. The previous WF-1000XM5 is still around at S$269 at Challenger and Best Denki if you want to save S$50. Best for: Android users and anyone who wants the best all-rounder without being tied to one phone brand.

Challenger: WF-1000XM6 S$319 (list S$479). Sony Store and Best Denki: S$339. WF-1000XM5 S$269 at Challenger and Best Denki. Read 29 Sep 2026; no end date printed.

Apple AirPods Pro 3: best for iPhone users, S$329 at Best Denki

If you use an iPhone, the AirPods Pro 3 are the easiest pick: instant pairing, automatic switching between your Apple devices and Live Translation. Apple rates them at up to 8 hours per charge with noise cancelling on and 24 hours with the case, with IP57 dust, sweat and water resistance. They also add heart-rate sensing during workouts and Apple's Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features, and Apple says the noise cancelling is up to 2x stronger than the original AirPods Pro. Apple sells them at S$349, and so does Challenger, but Best Denki has them at S$329, the lowest price we found. AppleCare+ for headphones is S$45 at Challenger. On Android they still work as Bluetooth earbuds, but you lose most of the smart features, so Android users should look at the Sony or Samsung instead.

Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro: best for Samsung phones, S$314 at Challenger

What AirPods are to iPhones, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro are to Galaxy phones: one-tap pairing, auto-switching across Galaxy devices and Samsung's 24-bit hi-fi codec, which only works with a Samsung phone. The noise cancelling has a five-step strength slider, battery is rated at about 6 hours with noise cancelling on and 26 hours with the case, and the buds are IP57, so a dunk or a sweaty run is fine. Samsung's own store lists them at S$349 in white, black and pink gold, while Challenger sells white and black at S$314. The cheaper Galaxy Buds4 is S$224 at Challenger, but it was out of stock online on 29 September. Best for: Galaxy S26 and Z Fold/Flip owners.

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen): best comfort and quiet for the money, S$289

Bose has long been the name for blocking out an MRT carriage or an aircraft cabin, and the second-generation QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are now the cheapest flagship on this list. Challenger and Best Denki both sell them at S$289, down from S$379, in black, white smoke, deep plum, midnight violet and desert gold. Bose rates the battery at 6 hours (4 hours with its Immersive Audio mode on), with the wireless charging case adding about 18 hours, and a 20-minute top-up gives about 2 hours. The trade-offs: water resistance is only IPX4, and the buds are larger than the Sony or Apple, though the stability bands help them stay put. Bose has no Singapore online store, so buy from a retailer. Best for: commuters and frequent flyers who rank quiet above everything else.

Apple AirPods 5: best open-fit earbuds, S$199

New in September 2026, the AirPods 5 keep the open-ear design (no silicone tips) that many people find more comfortable for all-day wear, and now bring noise cancelling that Apple says is up to 1.5x stronger than the AirPods 4 with ANC. They add a redesigned acoustic architecture, Live Translation and IP57 dust, sweat and water resistance. There are two versions: S$199 with a USB-C case (up to 4 hours with noise cancelling, 20 hours with the case), or S$219 with a wireless charging case that also gets volume swipe and up to 5 hours per charge. Apple, Challenger and Best Denki all charge the same S$199/S$219, so buy wherever is convenient. Open-ear buds never block noise as well as sealed tips, so pick the Pro 3 if you commute on loud trains.

Nothing's see-through styling makes these the most distinctive earbuds here, and the Ear (3) backs it up with adaptive noise cancelling, 12mm drivers and LDAC hi-res support for Android phones. Its party trick is the Super Mic: the charging case doubles as a microphone you can hold close for clearer calls in a noisy hawker centre. Battery is rated at about 5.5 hours with noise cancelling on (10 hours off) and 22 hours with the case, and the buds are IP54. Challenger sells the Ear (3) in black or white at S$199, down from S$259. The older Nothing Ear is S$149 there (was S$229) in black only. Best for: Android users who want flagship features and something that does not look like every other pair.

How we picked and priced these

We read every price on 29 September 2026 from Challenger's and Best Denki's online stores and from Apple, Sony and Samsung's own Singapore stores. Bose, Nothing and Soundcore do not sell earbuds direct in Singapore, so their prices are the retailers'. Battery and water-resistance figures are the makers' ratings. Retailer markdowns carry no end dates, so treat every price as "as of 29 September".

How to choose wireless earbuds

  • Match the phone first: AirPods work best with an iPhone and Galaxy Buds with a Samsung phone. Sony, Bose, Nothing and Soundcore work equally well with either.
  • Sealed tips or open fit: sealed silicone tips (Sony, AirPods Pro, Bose) block far more noise; open-fit AirPods 5 are comfier for all-day wear but let more sound in.
  • Noise cancelling is worth it for commuters: on the MRT or a plane, even the S$99 Soundcore makes a clear difference. For the gym, the S$59 Sony WF-C510 is enough.
  • Check the retailer before the brand store: the Sony WF-1000XM6 is S$319 at Challenger against S$339 on Sony's own store, and the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is S$35 cheaper at Challenger than at Samsung.
  • Water resistance: IP57 (AirPods, Galaxy Buds4 Pro) survives a dunk; IPX4 (Sony, Bose) only handles sweat and rain.
