Sleek vs Osome vs Grof: 8 Best Company Incorporation & Corporate Secretary Services in Singapore 2026

Four providers now register a Pte Ltd for within S$100 of each other, so year one no longer decides anything. We priced all eight off their own pricing pages on 4 September 2026 and found the numbers that do decide it: what the company secretary costs from year two (S$300 to S$900 a year), what a foreign founder really pays for twelve months of nominee director (S$2,500 to S$4,188), and which two of these eight firms turn out to be the same group at the same address.

Eight Singapore incorporation and corporate-secretary providers, priced off their own pricing pages on 4 September 2026.

> Quick view: year one is a dead heat at S$600 (Sleek, Osome), S$650 (Grof) and S$688 (Counto). The figure that actually decides it is year two, where the corporate secretary alone renews from S$300. Foreign founders: Counto at SGD 2,500 buys a full year of nominee director, against S$3,772 to S$4,000 elsewhere.

Sleek:

Sleek: Digital All-in-One, S$600 Year One

Sleek is the most established of the digital corporate-services platforms here, and the one that bundles the most into year one. PRICES, READ OFF ITS OWN PRICING PAGE ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2026: the entry tier is now named the Founder Launch Kit at S$600 for a local (SG/PR) director, down from a S$700 list price and including S$375 of government fees, the company secretary, the first annual return, unlimited company changes and a Sleek business account. Compliance is S$1,600 and Full Compliance S$2,000, the latter adding a registered address. WHAT'S KNOWN FOR: a genuine self-serve dashboard where every filing and document sits in one portal, and the bundled multi-currency business account, which is a real convenience when you are opening banking from scratch. YEAR TWO: corporate secretary renews from S$350/yr on Essentials+, S$500 on Professional and S$1,500 on Enterprise. A registered address is S$400/yr as a standalone service, so you do not have to step up to the S$2,000 tier to get one. Accounting starts at S$75/month billed annually. IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER: Starter is S$2,600 and includes only three months of nominee director; Full Compliance at S$4,000 covers twelve; Full Compliance plus Visa is S$4,188 and adds the Employment Pass service but lists six months of nominee director. Both foreign figures have risen since our last check, from S$2,250 and S$3,650. THE CONDITION TO PRICE IN: Sleek's own nominee-director page states that clients requiring a nominee director must also subscribe to its accounting service. Standalone nominee director is S$2,000/yr. Sleek lists corporate service provider No. FA20170342 and MOM EA Licence No. 17S8937.

Founder Launch Kit S$600 for a local director (list S$700), including S$375 of government fees, company secretary and a Sleek business account. Corp sec renews from S$350/yr, registered address S$400/yr, accounting from S$75/month billed annually. Foreign tiers S$2,600 (3 months of nominee director), S$4,000 (12 months) and S$4,188 with Employment Pass support

Osome:

Osome: Chat-Based, and the Cheapest to Renew

Osome runs the same job through chat rather than a dashboard: you message a request and the team actions it. On the numbers it is the cheapest of the digital platforms to keep, rather than to start. PRICES, READ OFF ITS OWN PRICING PAGES ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2026: Incorporation + Secretary is S$600 for a local director, down from a usual S$950, including the S$315 ACRA fee and the S$60 annual return fee, the corporate secretary from day one, the AGM, and share management for up to 50 shareholders. YEAR TWO IS WHERE IT WINS: the standalone corporate secretary is S$300/yr on Essential, which includes the annual return and its S$60 government fee, or S$600/yr on Unlimited, which adds routine company changes. That is the lowest published renewal on this page. A registered address is a S$300/yr add-on, S$100 lower than Sleek. Other published extras: CorpPass registration S$100, company rubber stamp S$60, corporate secretary strike off S$400. IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER: Starter from S$2,438 includes three months of nominee director, a registered address for a year, the corporate secretary and accounting for a first-year revenue up to S$30,000. Fully compliant from S$3,772 extends the nominee director to a full year, and Fully compliant plus Visa from S$3,822 adds Employment Pass support. Both undercut Sleek's equivalent tiers. WHO IT SUITS: e-commerce sellers and owners who would rather fire off a message than navigate menus, and anyone optimising for the two-year cost rather than the sign-up price. Osome's incorporation packages cannot be bought without the secretary, which it explains as keeping you compliant from day one.

Incorporation + Secretary S$600 for a local director (usual S$950), including S$375 of government fees and share management for up to 50 shareholders. Corp sec renews at S$300/yr Essential or S$600/yr Unlimited, registered address S$300/yr, CorpPass S$100. Foreign tiers from S$2,438 (3 months of nominee director), S$3,772 (1 year) and S$3,822 with Employment Pass support

Counto:

Counto: The Cheapest Route for a Foreign Founder

Counto is the automation-first option, and on one specific comparison it is the most interesting name on this list. PRICES, READ OFF ITS OWN PRICING PAGES ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2026: IncorpLite is S$688 including the S$315 ACRA registration fee and a year of Company Secretary Standard. Incorp++ is S$1,488 and adds the Annual Reporting plan for a first-year revenue up to S$50,000, covering annual bookkeeping, management reports reviewed by a CA, the unaudited financial statements needed for AGM filing and the IRAS Form C-S. THE PART NOBODY ELSE MATCHES: its Foreigner package is SGD 2,500 and covers the resident nominee director for the whole first financial year, along with the SGD 375 of ACRA fees, a registered mailing address, the corporate secretary, bank account opening assistance, the CA review and the Form C-S and AGM filings. The nearest twelve-month equivalents are Osome at S$3,772 and Sleek at S$4,000, so Counto is between S$1,272 and S$1,500 cheaper for the same legal cover. If you only need the director for three months, Counto takes S$500 off, landing at SGD 2,000 and undercutting Osome's S$2,438 and Sleek's S$2,600 three-month tiers too. READ THE CATCHES: the company secretary covers one shareholder and additional shareholders are S$50 each; the registered office is a S$240/yr add-on rather than included; XBRL filing is a SGD 500 add-on and is required if you have a corporate shareholder; and Counto states in writing that its package prices apply to the first year of operation only, after which its standard accounting plans apply. Standalone corporate secretary is S$325/yr and payroll is S$15 per employee per month.

IncorpLite S$688 including the S$315 ACRA fee and a year of company secretary; Incorp++ S$1,488 adds first-year bookkeeping and tax. Foreigner package SGD 2,500 covers nominee director for the whole first financial year, or SGD 2,000 if you only need three months. Corp sec renews at S$325/yr, registered office S$240/yr

InCorp:

InCorp: Established Full-Service, Rebranding to Ascentium

InCorp is a large, established corporate-services group covering incorporation, corporate secretary, accounting, tax and advisory, and it earns its keep on setups more complex than a standard local Pte Ltd: foreign-owned companies, nominee director arrangements, work-pass and Employment Pass support, fund and regional structuring. NO PUBLISHED PRICE: unlike the six platforms above and below it, InCorp quotes per requirement and publishes no package figure, so it cannot be compared on price here. Ask for the scope in writing, item by item, and for the ongoing annual cost as well as the setup fee. THE THING TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SHORTLIST BOTH: Rikvin, which appears separately on this list because it markets itself separately, is an InCorp Group company. Both brands publish the same address, 36 Robinson Road #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877, and the same WhatsApp number, +65 8699 8821. Getting a quote from each is getting a quote from one firm, so make your second quote a genuinely independent one. NOTE ON THE NAME: InCorp's site banners that it will be rebranding to Ascentium, in the future tense, and ascentium.com is already live. Its notice says the team, the services and your statutory obligations are unchanged and that the change unifies the brand across its markets, so expect Ascentium-branded emails and invoices.

Quoted per requirement; no package price is published. Note that Rikvin, listed separately below, is an InCorp Group company at the same address and phone number, so a quote from each is a quote from one firm

Rikvin:

Rikvin: Foreigner and Work-Pass Specialist, Part of InCorp Group

Rikvin is a long-running Singapore incorporation specialist, best known for helping foreign entrepreneurs and companies set up here, including the nominee resident director and work-pass pieces that trip up the automated flows: Employment Pass, EntrePass, Personalised Employment Pass, ONE Pass, Tech.Pass, S Pass, Letter of Consent and Long-Term Visit Pass. It also runs corporate secretary, accounting, tax and transfer-pricing services. IT IS NOT A SEPARATE CHOICE FROM INCORP. Rikvin's own footer reads that Rikvin Pte. Ltd. is a part of InCorp Group, and its copyright line names Rikvin Pte Ltd, UEN 200708442E, as an InCorp Group Company. Both brands list 36 Robinson Road #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877 and the WhatsApp number +65 8699 8821. If you shortlisted InCorp and Rikvin as two competing quotes, you have one. NO PUBLISHED PRICE: like InCorp, Rikvin quotes per requirement, so confirm the package (incorporation, nominee director, corporate secretary, work pass), the fee for each component, and the ongoing annual cost. Its EA Licence is No. 11C3030. ONE SIGN OF AN UNTENDED SITE: rikvin.com still displays a notice about its physical office being closed from 7 April to 1 June 2020. That is not evidence of anything worse, but do your dealing by phone or WhatsApp rather than trusting what a page says about current arrangements.

Quoted per requirement; no package price is published. Rikvin Pte Ltd (UEN 200708442E) is an InCorp Group company, sharing InCorp's address and WhatsApp number

Lanturn:

Lanturn: Fund Admin and VCC Structures

Lanturn is the tech-enabled firm on this list that also does fund administration, fund formation, KYC and AML, and VCC work, which makes it the natural pick if your structure is an investment vehicle rather than a trading company. PRICES, READ OFF ITS OWN PAGES ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2026: Singapore Company Registration Essentials starts at S$1,000 a year and covers incorporation and the corporate secretary. Premium starts at S$2,625 a year and adds accounts closed annually, ECI and CI filing and financial statements preparation. Both are quoted exclusive of GST, both are subject to company structure and nature of business, and Lanturn states both apply for one year only, for newly incorporated companies. CORPORATE SECRETARY: the Growth plan is S$900 a year excluding GST, for companies with more than five employees or shareholders or with a corporate shareholder, and extra due diligence fees apply above eight shareholders or employees. The two smaller plans, Launch 3 and Launch 5, are advertised only with a discount percentage and no price, so you have to ask. All plans cover the AGM, the annual return and up to two standard resolutions a year. ADD-ONS WORTH KNOWING: nominee director from S$1,500 a year, which is the cheapest standalone nominee we found and S$500 below Sleek's S$2,000; registered address from S$350 a year; accounting from S$1,500 a year; GST registration from S$500 and quarterly GST filing S$500; payroll from S$185 a month for the first five employees and S$30 per head beyond. Lanturn is ISO 27001 certified, ACRA UEN 201722435H, filing agent FA20180066.

Registration Essentials from S$1,000/yr and Premium from S$2,625/yr, both excluding GST and both first-year prices for newly incorporated companies. Corp-sec Growth plan S$900/yr; Launch 3 and Launch 5 carry no published price. Nominee director from S$1,500/yr, registered address from S$350/yr

Grof

Grof (formerly Sprout Asia): S$650 Kick Start, Advisor-Led

Grof is the hands-on, advisor-led option among the SME specialists, and the rebrand from Sprout Asia is complete: sproutasia.com no longer lists packages and points visitors to grof.co. PRICES, READ OFF ITS OWN PRICING PAGE ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2026: Kick Start starts at S$650 for a local (SG/PR) director and includes incorporation plus the Comprehensive Secretary, with tiers priced by shareholder count at 1, 2-3 and 4-5 shareholders. That is S$50 above Sleek and Osome at entry. YEAR TWO: the standalone Comprehensive Secretary starts at S$300 a year for one shareholder, with tiers up to 6-10 shareholders, so it is S$50 cheaper than Sleek to renew. Over two years, Grof and Sleek come out level. FOR FOREIGN FOUNDERS IT HAS QUIETLY BECOME THE BETTER DEAL OF THE TWO. Launch (offshore) starts at S$3,600, Onshore (EP) at S$3,600 and Onshore (DP) at S$3,140, and all three bundle the nominee director, a registered address and accounting from the start. Sleek's comparable twelve-month tier has risen to S$4,000, so Grof is now S$400 cheaper where the two used to be level. Counto still undercuts both at SGD 2,500. WHAT TO CHECK: Grof does not publish how many months of nominee director its foreign packages cover, which is the single figure that decides a foreign founder's real cost, so ask before you sign. Grof's structured site data gives the legal entity as Grof Services Pte. Ltd. while its page footer credits Gro Big Big Pte Ltd, so confirm which entity your engagement letter names.

Kick Start from S$650 for a local director with one shareholder, including incorporation and the Comprehensive Secretary. Corp sec renews from S$300/yr. Foreign packages Launch (offshore) from S$3,600, Onshore EP from S$3,600 and Onshore DP from S$3,140, all bundling nominee director, registered address and accounting

Timcole

Timcole (HeySara): S$698 Setup, but Read the Secretary Plan

Timcole is an SME accounting and corporate-secretarial firm, and its incorporation product is now sold as the HeySara Digital Incorporation Plan. PRICES, READ OFF ITS OWN PAGES ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2026: Digital Company Incorporation is S$698 for an Exempt Private Company with up to three shareholders or directors, including the S$315 ACRA filing fee, a year of Digital Secretary, all incorporation documentation, the first RORC, RONS and ROND registration and CorpPass assistance. The VIP tier is S$998 and includes a year of VIP Secretarial. THE NUMBER THAT IS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: Timcole advertises a standalone Digital Secretary at S$199 a year, the lowest headline figure in this guide. Its own plan page shows that plan does not include annual return filing, which is an add-on at S$200 per financial year and excludes the S$60 ACRA fee. The annual return is not optional, so the real cost of staying compliant on the S$199 plan is about S$459 a year, which is above Osome at S$300, Grof at S$300, Counto at S$325 and Sleek at S$350. The VIP Secretary at S$658 a year does include the filing and its S$60 fee, along with a named secretary and an account manager. OTHER PUBLISHED ADD-ONS: non-share-related changes S$50 each, share-related changes S$100 to S$200 each, CorpPass and CPF registration S$100 one-off. Timcole will handle the transfer from your current secretary free of charge. NOTE ON THE NAME: Timcole's site carries a notice that, effective 1 November 2024, TIMCOLE ADVISORY PTE LTD was renamed HEYSARA ACCOUNTING PTE LTD. The Timcole brand and website are still live, but check which entity your engagement letter and invoice name.

Digital Company Incorporation S$698 including the S$315 ACRA fee and a year of Digital Secretary; VIP tier S$998 with a year of VIP Secretary. Standalone secretary S$199/yr Digital or S$658/yr VIP, but the S$199 plan does not file your annual return: that is a further S$200 per financial year plus the S$60 ACRA fee

What a Singapore incorporation actually costs in 2026

The ACRA registration fee is fixed at S$315 (S$15 name application plus S$300 registration) no matter who files it, and the annual return costs a further S$60 every year after. So what you are really comparing is the provider's own fee on top, and whether the first-year company secretary is bundled in or billed separately.

> Why some providers say S$375, not S$315: Sleek and Osome both quote S$375 of government fees in their packages. That is not a different registration fee. It is the S$315 incorporation fee plus the S$60 government fee for your first annual return, which they file for you in year one. Same S$315 reaches ACRA either way.

Entry packages for a local (SG/PR) director, read off each provider's own pricing page on 4 September 2026:

ProviderYear one (local director)Company secretary included?
Sleek "Founder Launch Kit"S$600 (list S$700), incl. S$375 govt feesYes, plus a Sleek business account
Osome "Incorporation + Secretary"S$600 (usual S$950), incl. S$375 govt feesYes, from day one, up to 50 shareholders
Grof "Kick Start"From S$650 (1 shareholder; tiers to 4-5)Yes, Comprehensive Secretary
Counto "IncorpLite"S$688, incl. S$315 ACRA feeYes, but for 1 shareholder; extra shareholders S$50 each
Timcole "Digital"S$698, incl. S$315 ACRA fee (VIP tier S$998)Yes, Digital Secretary, but read the year-two note below
Lanturn "Registration Essentials"From S$1,000/yr, excl. GST (Premium from S$2,625)Yes
InCorp (rebranding to Ascentium)Quoted per requirementScope-dependent
Rikvin (an InCorp Group company)Quoted per requirementScope-dependent

Four of these sit inside a S$88 band. On a one-off setup that is close enough to be noise, so year one should not decide your choice.

The number that actually decides it: year two

Every one of these providers discounts the first year hard. Osome's S$600 is off a usual S$950; Sleek's is off a S$700 list. The figure you pay every year afterwards is the corporate secretary renewal, and that is published:

Provider and planCorporate secretary, per yearAnnual return (plus the S$60 ACRA fee)
Osome EssentialS$300Included, S$60 fee covered
Grof Comprehensive SecretaryFrom S$300 (1 shareholder)Included
Counto Company SecretaryS$325Included, AGM and annual return

Timcole VIP SecretaryS$658Included, S$60 fee covered
Lanturn GrowthS$900, excl. GSTIncluded
Sleek Professional / EnterpriseFrom S$500 / S$1,500Included

> The one that is not what it looks like: Timcole advertises a Digital Secretary at S$199/yr, the lowest number on this page. Its own plan page shows that plan does not file your annual return. That is an add-on at S$200 per financial year, excluding the S$60 ACRA fee, and the annual return is not optional. The real cost of staying compliant on that plan is about S$459 a year, which puts it above every other name here except Lanturn. Timcole's VIP plan at S$658 does include the filing.

Two more year-two costs worth pricing before you commit. Registered address: Osome S$300/yr, Lanturn from S$350/yr, Sleek S$400/yr, Counto S$240/yr. Accounting: Sleek from S$75/month billed annually, Counto and Osome priced by your expected revenue, Lanturn from S$1,500/yr.

Sleek vs Osome: the head-to-head

This is the matchup founders search for most, and on price for a local Pte Ltd it is still a dead heat. Both land at S$600 for year one with the corporate secretary included, and both bundle the same S$375 of government fees. Checked 4 September 2026:

Pick Sleek if you want a polished self-serve dashboard, you like seeing every filing and document in one portal, and you would rather click than converse. The bundled business account is a genuine convenience when you are opening banking from scratch.

Pick Osome if you would rather message than navigate menus. The chat-first model suits e-commerce sellers and busy owners. It is also the cheaper of the two on every recurring line we could price: S$50 a year less on the corporate secretary, S$100 a year less on the registered address, and S$162 to S$228 less on both foreign-founder tiers.

The catch that decides it for most people is no longer year one, because both are S$600. It is that Osome now wins on the renewals, and Sleek wins on the dashboard.

Grof vs Sleek: which is better value?

Grof is the closer comparison to Sleek on service style than on price. Sprout Asia has fully rebranded to Grof, and sproutasia.com now just points visitors to grof.co.

Service styleHands-on, advisor and phone ledSelf-serve dashboard

For a local founder, Sleek is S$50 cheaper at entry and S$50 dearer at renewal, so over two years they are level. Choose on service style: Grof if you want a person on the phone walking you through it, Sleek if you would rather never speak to anyone.

For a foreign founder the answer has flipped since our last check. Sleek's twelve-month nominee tier has moved from S$3,650 to S$4,000, and its entry foreigner tier from S$2,250 to S$2,600. Grof's Launch at S$3,600 is now S$400 cheaper than Sleek for a comparable full-year bundle, where the two used to be level. Grof does not publish how many months of nominee director its packages cover, so ask before you sign.

One condition Sleek publishes and rivals do not: its nominee-director page states that clients requiring a nominee director must also subscribe to Sleek's accounting service. Price that in, because it is not optional.

Foreign founders: compare nominee-director months, not headline prices

A local resident director is a legal requirement, so a foreign founder with no one in Singapore is buying a nominee director whether the package says so or not. The cheapest headline is rarely the cheapest year.

Counto is the outlier, and it is worth checking first. Its Foreigner package at SGD 2,500 covers the nominee director for the whole first financial year, which is S$1,272 less than Osome and S$1,500 less than Sleek for the same twelve months. If you only need three months, Counto knocks S$500 off, taking it to SGD 2,000 and undercutting both again. The catches are its own: the secretary covers one shareholder with extra shareholders at S$50 each, XBRL filing is a S$500 add-on if you have a corporate shareholder, and its published prices apply to the first year only.

Standalone nominee director, if you would rather buy it separately: Lanturn from S$1,500/yr, Sleek S$2,000/yr.

Two of these eight are the same firm

Rikvin and InCorp are one group. Rikvin's own footer reads "Rikvin Pte. Ltd. is a part of InCorp Group" and "© 2026 Rikvin Pte Ltd (UEN 200708442E) An InCorp Group Company". Both brands list the same address, 36 Robinson Road #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877, and the same WhatsApp number, +65 8699 8821.

That matters if you were planning to get competing quotes from the two of them, because you would be asking the same company twice. Treat them as one option with two front doors, and get your second quote from a genuinely separate firm.

InCorp is also mid-rebrand. Its site banners that it will be rebranding to Ascentium, in the future tense, and ascentium.com is already live. Expect Ascentium-branded emails and invoices at some point. Its notice says the team, the services and your statutory obligations are unchanged.

Rikvin's homepage, meanwhile, still carries a notice about its physical office closing "from 7th April 2020 to 1st June 2020", which tells you how recently that site was maintained. It is not evidence of anything worse, but do your dealing over the phone or WhatsApp rather than trusting a page date.

Names change, so check the entity before you pay

You are appointing a registered filing agent and signing with a legal entity, not a logo. Three of these eight are trading under a name that has changed or is changing:

  • Timcole / HeySara. Timcole's site carries a notice that, effective 1 November 2024, TIMCOLE ADVISORY PTE LTD was renamed HEYSARA ACCOUNTING PTE LTD, and its S$698 package is sold as the "HeySara Digital Incorporation Plan". The Timcole brand and site are still live.
  • InCorp / Ascentium. Rebrand announced, not yet completed.
  • Grof / Sprout Asia. Sprout Asia has fully rebranded to Grof. Note that Grof's structured site data gives the legal name as Grof Services Pte. Ltd. while its page footer credits Gro Big Big Pte Ltd, so confirm which entity your engagement letter names.

Before you pay, search the exact entity name on ACRA's BizFile directory, check it is a live company and a registered filing agent, and make sure the name on your engagement letter, your invoice and your bank transfer all match. Rebrands are normal and none of these are red flags on their own, but a mismatched name is also exactly what an impersonation scam looks like.

> DIY vs a firm: a local with a simple setup can self-file on ACRA BizFile for S$315. You still need a company secretary within six months (you cannot fill the role yourself if you are the sole director) and you take on all the ongoing compliance. Foreigners generally must use a registered filing agent and usually a nominee director, so DIY is not really available to them.

Ongoing compliance, where the real work is

Each year a Pte Ltd must handle: the company secretary, the annual return to ACRA (generally within 7 months of financial year end, plus the S$60 fee), an AGM or a valid exemption, accounts and bookkeeping with XBRL for some companies, and tax: ECI generally within 3 months of financial year end, and the Form C-S or Form C return by 30 November. Add GST filing if you are registered, and CPF and payroll filings if you have staff. Missed ACRA and IRAS deadlines carry penalties, and a company secretary post left vacant beyond six months can expose directors to a fine of up to S$1,000.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sleek vs Osome: which is better for incorporating in Singapore?

ON PRICE FOR YEAR ONE IT IS A TIE, AND HAS BEEN ALL YEAR. Re-checked on both providers' own pricing pages on 4 September 2026, both entry packages are S$600 for year one with the company secretary included, and both bundle S$375 of government fees (the S$315 ACRA registration fee plus the S$60 fee for your first annual return). Sleek's S$600 is off a S$700 list price and its tier is now called the Founder Launch Kit; Osome's S$600 is down from a usual S$950. SO COMPARE YEAR TWO, WHICH IS NOW PUBLISHED BY BOTH. Osome's standalone corporate secretary is S$300 a year on Essential, including the annual return and its S$60 government fee, or S$600 on Unlimited. Sleek's is from S$350 a year on Essentials+, S$500 on Professional and S$1,500 on Enterprise. Osome is S$50 a year cheaper at the entry level. OSOME IS ALSO CHEAPER ON EVERY OTHER RECURRING LINE WE COULD PRICE. Registered address: Osome S$300 a year, Sleek S$400 a year as a standalone service. Foreign founders: Osome from S$2,438 for three months of nominee director and from S$3,772 for a full year, against Sleek's S$2,600 and S$4,000. WHAT ACTUALLY DIFFERS BEYOND PRICE. Sleek is a self-serve DASHBOARD where every filing and document sits in one portal and you make unlimited company changes yourself, and it bundles a multi-currency business account. Osome is CHAT-BASED, so you message a request and the team actions it, and its entry plan covers share management for up to 50 shareholders. If you would rather click than converse, Sleek; if you would rather message than navigate menus, Osome. ONE CONDITION ONLY SLEEK PUBLISHES: its nominee-director page states that clients requiring a nominee director must also subscribe to Sleek's accounting service. Confirm current pricing directly with each provider, because promos move.

Grof vs Sleek: which is cheaper, and is Sprout Asia still around?

FIRST, THE NAME: Sprout Asia has fully rebranded to GROF. sproutasia.com no longer lists packages or pricing and simply banners visitors across to grof.co. One thing to note is that Grof's structured site data gives the legal entity as Grof Services Pte. Ltd. while its page footer credits Gro Big Big Pte Ltd, so check which name appears on your engagement letter. FOR A LOCAL (SG/PR) FOUNDER THEY ARE LEVEL OVER TWO YEARS. Sleek is S$50 cheaper at entry, S$600 against Grof's Kick Start from S$650, and S$50 dearer to renew, from S$350 a year against Grof's S$300. Decide on service style instead: Grof is hands-on and advisor-led, Sleek is a self-serve dashboard where you may never speak to anyone. Both include a company secretary at entry, and both price their secretary tiers by shareholder count. FOR A FOREIGN FOUNDER THE ANSWER HAS FLIPPED SINCE OUR LAST CHECK. Sleek's twelve-month nominee-director tier has risen from S$3,650 to S$4,000, and its entry foreigner tier from S$2,250 to S$2,600. Grof's Launch (offshore) and Onshore (EP) at from S$3,600, and Onshore (DP) at from S$3,140, all bundle nominee director, registered address and accounting. So Grof is now around S$400 cheaper than Sleek for a comparable full-year bundle, where the two used to be level. BUT NEITHER IS THE CHEAPEST. Counto's Foreigner package at SGD 2,500 covers the nominee director for the whole first financial year, which is S$1,100 below Grof and S$1,500 below Sleek. THE FIGURE TO ASK GROF FOR: it does not publish how many months of nominee director its foreign packages include, and that is the number that decides your real cost. Ask before you sign, and confirm current scope and fees directly with each provider.

Are InCorp and Rikvin the same company?

YES, THEY ARE ONE GROUP, AND IT MATTERS IF YOU WERE PLANNING TO COMPARE THEIR QUOTES. Rikvin's own website footer states that Rikvin Pte. Ltd. is a part of InCorp Group, and its copyright line reads 'Rikvin Pte Ltd (UEN 200708442E) An InCorp Group Company'. Both brands publish the same Singapore address, 36 Robinson Road #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877, and the same WhatsApp number, +65 8699 8821. WHY THEY STILL LOOK LIKE TWO OPTIONS: they market separately and position differently. Rikvin leads on foreign founders, nominee directors and the full range of work passes (Employment Pass, EntrePass, Personalised Employment Pass, ONE Pass, Tech.Pass, S Pass, Letter of Consent, Long-Term Visit Pass). InCorp leads on breadth, regional expansion and advisory across its markets. That is a real difference in emphasis, but it is one firm's two front doors, not two firms competing for your business. WHAT TO DO: treat them as a single entry on your shortlist. If you want a second quote, get it from a genuinely separate provider such as Sleek, Osome, Counto, Grof or Lanturn. Neither publishes package prices, so ask both, or rather ask one, for the scope in writing item by item, plus the ongoing annual cost as well as the setup fee. ONE MORE THING TO KNOW: InCorp's site banners that it will be rebranding to Ascentium, in the future tense, and ascentium.com is already live, so expect Ascentium-branded emails and invoices at some point. Its notice says the team, the services and your statutory obligations are unchanged.

What is the cheapest way for a foreign founder to incorporate in Singapore?

ON THE PUBLISHED 2026 PRICES, COUNTO. Its Foreigner package is SGD 2,500 and covers the resident nominee director for the whole first financial year, plus SGD 375 of ACRA fees, a registered mailing address, the corporate secretary, bank account opening assistance, a CA review of the accounts and the Form C-S and AGM filings. The nearest twelve-month equivalents are Osome's Fully compliant from S$3,772 and Sleek's Full Compliance at S$4,000, so Counto is between S$1,272 and S$1,500 cheaper for the same legal cover. Grof's Launch is from S$3,600 but does not publish its nominee-director duration. IF YOU ONLY NEED THREE MONTHS: Counto knocks S$500 off, landing at SGD 2,000, against Osome's Starter from S$2,438 and Sleek's Starter at S$2,600. WHY MONTHS MATTER MORE THAN THE HEADLINE PRICE: a local resident director is a legal requirement, so if you have nobody in Singapore you are buying a nominee director whether the package says so or not. A three-month bundle leaves you renewing in month four, and standalone nominee director runs from S$1,500 a year at Lanturn to S$2,000 a year at Sleek. Compare total twelve-month cost with the same inclusions, not the sign-up figure. READ COUNTO'S CATCHES BEFORE YOU BOOK: the company secretary covers one shareholder and additional shareholders are S$50 each; the registered office is a S$240 a year add-on; XBRL filing is a SGD 500 add-on and is required if you have a corporate shareholder; and Counto states its package prices apply to the first year of operation only, after which its standard accounting plans apply. ONE CONDITION AT SLEEK: its nominee-director page states that clients requiring a nominee director must also subscribe to its accounting service, so price that in before comparing. Confirm all figures directly, as these packages are repriced often.

What do I actually need to incorporate a company (Pte Ltd) in Singapore?

To incorporate a private limited company with ACRA you need six things. (1) AT LEAST 1 SHAREHOLDER, an individual or a company, local or foreign; 100% foreign ownership is allowed. (2) AT LEAST 1 LOCAL RESIDENT DIRECTOR: a Singapore Citizen, PR, or an eligible pass holder ordinarily resident here. A foreigner with no local director appoints a NOMINEE DIRECTOR, a resident who fulfils the legal requirement but is not involved in running the business, which most incorporation firms provide as a paid service. (3) A COMPANY SECRETARY, appointed within 6 MONTHS of incorporation, a natural person ordinarily resident in Singapore and qualified. The sole director cannot also be the company secretary. (4) A REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS in Singapore, a physical operational address. A virtual or serviced office works; a P.O. box does not, and using your home address requires the Home Office Scheme. (5) MINIMUM PAID-UP CAPITAL of S$1. (6) A COMPANY NAME approved by ACRA. WHAT IT COSTS ACRA: S$15 for the name application plus S$300 for registration, so S$315, and then S$60 a year for the annual return. Those fees are the same whoever files. WHO HANDLES IT: a corporate-services firm or digital platform acts as your registered filing agent, files the incorporation through ACRA's BizFile, and typically provides the company secretary and, for foreigners, the nominee director. Foreigners generally must engage a registered filing agent, so self-filing from overseas is not an option the way it is for a local. Always confirm current ACRA requirements and your provider's scope, as rules and fees change.

DIY via ACRA BizFile vs using an incorporation firm: what does each really cost?

DIY VIA ACRA BIZFILE: if you are a Singaporean or PR with a simple setup, you can self-incorporate on ACRA's BizFile portal. The government fees are S$315 in total, S$15 for the company name application plus S$300 for incorporation. That is the cheapest route on paper. But you still need a company secretary appointed within six months, and you generally cannot fill that role yourself if you are the sole director, so you will be paying for one anyway. You also need a registered address, and you take on all the ongoing compliance yourself: the annual return and its S$60 fee, the AGM, the accounts and the tax filings. SO PRICE THE REALISTIC DIY YEAR, NOT THE S$315. S$315 to ACRA plus the cheapest standalone corporate secretary we found, Osome or Grof at S$300 a year, comes to about S$615, which is more than Sleek's or Osome's S$600 all-in package. That is the honest answer: for a straightforward local Pte Ltd in 2026, doing it yourself is not actually cheaper than the cheapest bundle, because the bundles are discounted in year one and the secretary is not optional. WHERE DIY DOES PAY: from year two, when the incorporation fee is behind you and you are only buying the secretary. And if you already have a qualified secretary in your network. WHEN A FIRM IS THE ONLY OPTION: if you are a FOREIGNER, you generally must use a registered filing agent and will likely need a nominee director, so DIY is not available. It is also the sensible choice if your structure is complex, or if you would rather not risk the penalties that follow a missed ACRA or IRAS deadline.

What are my ongoing compliance obligations after incorporating, and the deadlines?

Incorporating is a one-time event; staying compliant is annual and ongoing, and missing deadlines carries ACRA and IRAS penalties. THE KEY OBLIGATIONS for a typical Pte Ltd: (1) COMPANY SECRETARY, appointed within 6 months and maintained at all times. Leaving the post vacant beyond six months can expose directors to a fine of up to S$1,000. (2) REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, kept current and operational. (3) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, though private companies may be exempt if they meet the conditions, generally tied to your financial year end. (4) ANNUAL RETURN to ACRA, filed each year through BizFile, generally within 7 months of the financial year end, with a S$60 government fee. (5) FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND BOOKKEEPING: you must keep proper accounting records and prepare financial statements, and some companies must file them in XBRL format. (6) CORPORATE TAX with IRAS: the Estimated Chargeable Income generally within 3 months of your financial year end unless exempt, and the annual return, Form C-S, Form C-S (Lite) or Form C, by 30 November each Year of Assessment. (7) GST, if your taxable turnover exceeds the registration threshold or you register voluntarily, typically filed quarterly. (8) CPF and payroll filings if you have employees. WHY THIS IS WHERE THE MONEY GOES: these filings are exactly what your provider handles year after year, which is why the year-two corporate secretary price matters far more than the year-one incorporation discount. Confirm current deadlines and your specific obligations with ACRA, IRAS or your provider, as thresholds and rules are updated periodically.

Timcole, InCorp, Sprout Asia: are these firms changing their names, and does it matter?

YES, THREE OF THE EIGHT TRADE UNDER A NAME THAT HAS CHANGED OR IS CHANGING, AND IT MATTERS BECAUSE YOU ARE APPOINTING A REGISTERED FILING AGENT AND SIGNING WITH A LEGAL ENTITY, NOT A LOGO. (1) TIMCOLE / HEYSARA: Timcole's own website carries a notice that, effective 1 November 2024, TIMCOLE ADVISORY PTE LTD was renamed HEYSARA ACCOUNTING PTE LTD, and its S$698 package is sold as the HeySara Digital Incorporation Plan. The Timcole brand and website are still live, but the entity you contract with may be named HeySara. (2) INCORP / ASCENTIUM: InCorp's Singapore site banners that it will be rebranding to Ascentium, in the future tense, and ascentium.com is already live. Its notice says the team, the services and your statutory obligations are unchanged and that the change unifies the brand across its markets. (3) GROF / SPROUT ASIA: Sprout Asia has fully rebranded to Grof. Note that Grof's structured site data gives the legal name as Grof Services Pte. Ltd. while its page footer credits Gro Big Big Pte Ltd. AND ONE THAT IS NOT A RENAME BUT LOOKS LIKE TWO FIRMS: Rikvin Pte Ltd, UEN 200708442E, is an InCorp Group company at the same address and WhatsApp number as InCorp. WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT: before you pay, search the exact entity name on ACRA's BizFile directory, check it is a live company and a registered filing agent, and make sure the name on your engagement letter, your invoice and your bank transfer all match. A rebrand is normal and none of these are red flags in themselves, but a mismatched name is also exactly what an impersonation scam looks like, so verify rather than assume.
