Swensen's is doing National Day its way: from 9 July to 9 September 2026, the family diner rolls out an SG61 menu of six local-inspired dishes, each priced with a cheeky National Day '.61' twist. The headliners are the Singapore Laksa Pizza (an 11-inch pie with shrimp, fish cake, tau pok, egg and laksa leaves on mozzarella) and the Jumbo Blue Prawn Hokkien Mee (wok-fried yellow noodles and bee hoon in a rich seafood broth, loaded with a jumbo blue prawn and char-grilled chicken) — both at $18.61. Rounding out the line-up: the Swensen's Shiok Fish Burger ($16.61), Chili Crab Soup with Mantou ($11.61), a Muah Chee Waffle with Ice Cream ($10.61) and a MILO Bandung ($5).
