The big shopping wave lands from late July: expect Shopee and Lazada's 8.8 National Day sales, Courts / Harvey Norman / Gain City electronics blowouts, SG61 attraction promos at Sentosa and beyond, telco birthday perks (last year Singtel gave everyone free unlimited data on 9 Aug), and supermarket specials.
