NDP 2026 returns to the National Stadium in Kallang for the first time in a decade — with the Marina Bay Floating Platform closed for the NS Square rebuild — so the fireworks now launch over the Kallang Basin, not Marina Bay. That completely changes where you should stand. We rounded up the best FREE, no-ticket viewing spots ringing the basin — from the front-row Stadium Riverside Walk to the wide-open Tanjong Rhu Promenade and quieter Kallang Riverside Park — with the nearest MRT, the crowd level and the smart move (catch a Preview night, not just National Day). Fireworks run from about 7.30pm with the finale around 8.10-8.30pm on each show night: the two Previews (Sat 25 Jul & Sat 1 Aug) and the parade itself (Sun 9 Aug).
