> Quick view: BEST Denki's Google Pixel 11 launch offer runs 20 August to 30 September 2026 at its retail outlets, while stocks last. The banner promises a $200 trade-in bonus, vouchers worth up to $250 and a premium gift bundle worth up to $118. The voucher is the interesting one: BEST Denki's own terms say it is marked down at the point of sale, and on all four 256GB product pages the price in the basket is exactly the list price minus that model's voucher. So it is a price cut, not a voucher you carry away: $1,299 becomes $1,199, $1,599 becomes $1,449, $1,819 becomes $1,619 and $2,499 becomes $2,249. Meanwhile the Google Store is running its own launch offer worth SGD450, but only on the Pro and Pro XL, and it ends 4 September.
Google's Pixel 11 series landed in Singapore this month, and the two places most people will buy it from are running two completely different offers. BEST Denki's runs longer and leans on trade-in. The Google Store's is worth more but expires in nine days and does not cover half the range.
Here is what each one actually pays you, read off both companies' own pages.
The "voucher worth up to $250" is a markdown, and the arithmetic checks out
BEST Denki's campaign page lists the phones at Google's recommended prices, then attaches a voucher to each model, with the line "Add to cart for more discount" under every price. Its launch terms spell out why: "Voucher value varies by model and is marked down at the point of sale."
That is a meaningful difference from how the banner reads. You are not collecting a $250 voucher to spend on something else. You are being quoted a higher number and charged a lower one.
The four 256GB models each have their own product page, and the price the basket uses is published in the page's own data. It matches the voucher exactly, in every case:
| Model | Listed | Voucher | In the basket |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pixel 11 256GB | $1,299 | $100 | $1,199 |
| Pixel 11 Pro 256GB | $1,599 | $150 | $1,449 |
| Pixel 11 Pro XL 256GB | $1,819 | $200 | $1,619 |
| Pixel 11 Pro Fold 256GB | $2,499 | $250 | $2,249 |
The larger capacities carry the same voucher as their 256GB sibling, so on BEST Denki's own wording the same markdown should apply, though only the 256GB pages publish a basket price we could check:
| Model | 512GB | 1TB |
|---|---|---|
| Pixel 11 | $1,479 | not offered |
| Pixel 11 Pro | $1,779 | $2,099 (Obsidian only) |
| Pixel 11 Pro XL | $1,999 | $2,319 (Obsidian only) |
| Pixel 11 Pro Fold | $2,679 | not offered |
Worth knowing before you plan a colour: the 1TB Pro and Pro XL are Obsidian only, and BEST Denki prints that not every colour comes in every capacity.
What comes with which model
The gift bundle is not one bundle. There are two, and the cheaper phone gets the smaller one.
| Pixel 11 | Pixel 11 Pro / Pro XL / Pro Fold | |
|---|---|---|
| Voucher | $100 | $150 / $200 / $250 |
| Gift bundle | 2-piece, worth $88 | 3-piece, worth $118 |
| 35W GaN wall charger with 1m cable ($24.90) | Yes | Yes |
| 35W 10,000mAh power bank ($62.90) | Yes | Yes |
| T-11 Bluetooth portable speaker ($29.90) | No | Yes |
| $200 trade-in bonus | Yes | Yes |
| $100 off a Pixel Watch 5 | Yes | Yes |
| 6 months Google One AI Pro ($173.94) | No | Yes |
| 3 months YouTube Premium ($41.94) | No | Yes |
Two things fall out of that table. The bundle values are recommended selling prices, and the three items add up to $117.70, so "$118" is the shelf value of the accessories rather than money off. And the Google services, which are the single largest number on the whole campaign at $215.88 of subscriptions, are Pixel 11 Pro series only. Buy the base Pixel 11 and you get neither.
The trade-in bonus is the part that is genuinely additive: BEST Denki's terms say the $200 is "additional to the trade-in value assessed for your device", so it stacks on whatever your old phone is worth rather than replacing it. The valuation itself runs through Carousell, and BEST Denki's own trade-in widget says estimates are by Carousell with the final value confirmed on inspection.

The Google Store is running its own offer, and it is bigger but shorter
On store.google.com/sg the same phones carry the same recommended prices: Pixel 11 from SGD 1,299, Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL from SGD 1,599, Pixel 11 Pro Fold from SGD 2,499, with the Pixel 10a still listed from SGD 799.
The offer attached to them is different in every respect:
- SGD450 off a Pixel Watch 5, or SGD450 of Google Store credit for a future purchase, when you buy a Pixel 11 Pro or Pro XL.
- Valid 12 August to 4 September 2026, 23:59 SGT. Singapore residents aged 18 or older, shipping to a Singapore address.
- If you take the watch, both items must be in the same order. If you take the credit, it lands in your account by email within 24 hours after the whole order ships.
- Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, while supplies last. Return the phone and your refund is reduced by the discount already applied to the watch.
- Separately, SGD20 off a Pixelsnap case bought with the phone, also ending 4 September.
Note the two gaps. It is Pro and Pro XL only, so the base Pixel 11 and the Pro Fold get nothing, and it dies 26 days before BEST Denki's.
The crossover: when each shop wins
The comparison only gets interesting if you want a Pixel Watch 5, because that is where the SGD450 lands.
BEST Denki's own line prices the watch at $569 for the 41mm and $599 for the 45mm after its $100 discount, which puts the undiscounted 41mm at $669.
Pixel 11 Pro plus a 41mm Pixel Watch 5:
| Phone | Watch | Total cash | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Store (to 4 Sep) | $1,599 | $669 less $450 = $219 | $1,818 |
| BEST Denki (to 30 Sep) | $1,449 | $569 | $2,018 |
The Google Store is $200 cheaper in cash on that pair. Count BEST Denki's accessory bundle at its $118 shelf value and the gap narrows to about $82, still in Google's favour.
Pixel 11 Pro on its own:
BEST Denki charges $1,449 against the Google Store's $1,599, and adds $118 of accessories. That is the cheaper counter by a clear margin, and the Google Store's alternative, SGD450 of store credit, is only worth having if you were going to spend $450 at the Google Store anyway. It is credit, not cash, and it arrives after the order ships.
If you have an old phone to trade in:
BEST Denki wins by default. The $200 bonus sits on top of the Carousell valuation, and Google's Singapore offer has no trade-in component at all.
So the honest split is: want the watch, buy from the Google Store before Friday 4 September. Want only the phone, or have a phone to trade in, go to BEST Denki, where you have until 30 September.
Fine print worth reading
- The BEST Denki offer is for its retail outlets, first come first served, while stocks last.
- "Not valid in conjunction with any other in-store promotion." The launch stack does not combine with whatever else BEST Denki is running that week.
- Personal use only. BEST Denki excludes traders.
- Gift bundle contents cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, and the values quoted are recommended selling prices.
- The $100 off a Pixel Watch 5 requires the phone in the same transaction.
- The Google services are redeemed through Google, under Google's terms, and BEST Denki notes they are open to new and existing users.
- Colours and capacities are subject to availability, and at the time of checking the Pixel 11 Pro 256GB page carried a low-stock notice.
What it means for you
If you are buying a Pro or Pro XL and a watch, the deadline that matters is 4 September, not 30 September. That is nine days away, and it is the larger of the two offers by a wide margin.
Everyone else has a month. The base Pixel 11 at $1,199 in the basket is the quiet value pick of this campaign, though it is also the model that gets the least: a $100 markdown, two accessories instead of three, and none of the Google subscriptions.
