Pack an appetite, not a passport: Genki Sushi Singapore has launched "Your Kyushu Adventure", a limited-time regional fair themed around Japan's Kyushu region — Fukuoka, Oita, Kumamoto and Miyazaki — running islandwide till 26 July 2026 or while stocks last.

The must-try plates

  • A4 Kyushu Wagyu Sushi — $4.90 each, in two styles: Black Pepper and Yuzu Kosho. A4-grade wagyu nigiri at under five dollars is the fair's standout.
  • Black Garlic Ramen — $8.50 (add a ramen egg for $1.50). A rich *mayu* black-garlic-oil bowl.
  • Ryukyu — $9.90 — an Okinawa-style salmon-and-tuna donburi, one of the fair's premium bowls.
  • Cheesy Mentai Oysters — $7.90 — grilled oysters under torched mentaiko-cheese.

The fine print

  2. Subject to availability — fair items can sell out at busier outlets and later slots; the A4 Wagyu and Cheesy Mentai Oysters are the first to go.
  3. À la carte prices — this is a special menu, not a discount or 1-for-1; you pay per plate.
  4. Islandwide — available at Genki outlets across the island (Bugis+, Waterway Point, Causeway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza and more), plus the new Sembawang Shopping Centre branch.

Worth knowing

Genki also runs an all-year Everyday Value menu from $1.80 a plate and weekday lunch sets from $7.90 (11am–5pm), and delivers islandwide via its own service, foodpanda and GrabFood — handy if you want the Kyushu bites at home, stock permitting.
