BUBBLE House 泡泡 at 1 Venture Avenue, #01-02 Perennial Business City (Jurong East area, ~5-min walk from JE MRT) opened in May 2026 — a Korean-jjimjilbang + Chinese-bathhouse fusion concept with 7 soaking pools, capsule rest pods, an e-sports room, a cinema, a meditation hall, reading cave, premium restrooms with Dyson hair dryers, and complimentary free-flow Häagen-Dazs.
We visited on a quiet weekday (Monday 25 May 2026). Here's the full breakdown — facilities, the Phase-1 opening promo math, what to expect on your first visit, and whether it's worth visiting before the 31 May promo deadline.

### Standard entry pricing (same weekend + weekday + PH)

### Phase-1 Opening Promo (17-31 May 2026 — last week!)
This is the deal that makes the spa genuinely affordable right now.

The 3-tier promo structure:

The math (basic tier): standard cost of foot reflexology ($99) + 6-hr entry ($59) + breakfast ($19) = $177. With promo: pay $99 only = save $78 (44% effective discount). The Evening Sanctuary tier is even better at ~$98 saved on $227 standard cost.
### Foot reflexology — the user-recommended pick

The user-shared notes specifically called out the foot massage technique as a highlight. Available options: - Chinese Foot Reflexology (35 mins): S$49 - Targeted Spot Therapy (30 mins): S$49 - Relaxing Foot Reflexology (60 mins): S$99 ← this is the one that hits the $99 promo threshold - Bubble Massage (60 mins): S$109 - Chinese Acupressure Massage (60 mins): S$109 - Royal Ear Cleaning Therapy (60 mins): S$139 - Revitalizing Therapy (80 mins): S$169 - Healing Acupressure / Shiatsu (90 mins): S$299 - Tranquil Relaxation SPA (60 mins): S$169 - Five Elements Meridian Aromatherapy (90 mins): S$299 - Soul Soothing SPA Retreat (120 mins): S$399
Each massage room is a private cabin with full bed + TV + soft lighting. The 60-min Relaxing Foot Reflexology at S$99 is the sweet-spot pick for the Phase-1 promo math.
### The vanity / dressing area — Dyson amenities and premium toiletries

Free amenities in the vanity / dressing area: - Dyson Supersonic hair dryers (not the standard mall variety) - Lancôme + Gucci-branded skincare + perfumes - Hair brushes, combs, hair-tie supplies - Cotton pads, makeup remover - Disposable bras + underwear (clean, sealed-pack)
The "Please return cosmetics after use" sign is enforced — staff actively monitor.
### Locker room aesthetic

Wristband-keyed lockers — your single in-house tracking device for both locker access and chargeable add-ons. The room aesthetic is hotel-tier, not gym-tier — wider corridors, indirect lighting, ottoman benches.
### Pricing reference for Ladies' Beauty Care (full menu)

Standard SG day-spa pricing for branded facials. Most facials are sticker-priced S$169-239 with a couple of premium-tier options at S$599 (Toskani Mesotherapy, Hokkaido Keilance Brightening Peel).
### Private rooms (for groups + couples)
Private rooms are available for groups or those wanting full privacy: - Private Soaking Room (12hr, 1-2 pax, includes 2× 12-hr admission): S$299 - Private Soaking Room (24hr, 1-2 pax, includes 2× 24-hr admission): S$399 - Spa Room (12hr, 1 pax): S$299 - Massage/Foot Reflexology Room (12hr, 2 pax): S$79 - Massage/Foot Reflexology Room (12hr, 3 pax): S$99 - Massage/Foot Reflexology Room (12hr, 5 pax): S$169
Date-day play: a couple booking the 12-hour Private Soaking Room ($299) gets BOTH 12-hr entries + the private soaking pool space — works out to roughly $150 per pax for a 12-hour fully-private spa day. Add a 60-min couples massage at $99 each = $448 total for two = $224/pax for a full day. Reasonable for a special-occasion plan.
### Inside one of the massage/treatment rooms

Each treatment room runs full privacy — solid sliding door + soundproof construction. Three round porthole-style window cutouts on the door give a distinctive design signature.
### Buffet pricing
If you stay long enough to need a meal, the in-house buffet covers all four service hours:
| Service | Hours | Adult | Child (≤12) | |---|---|---|---| | Breakfast | 7-9am | S$19 | FREE | | Lunch | Mon-Fri 11:30-14:30 / Sat-Sun & PH 11-15:00 | S$79 | S$39 | | Dinner | 17:30-21:00 | S$79 | S$39 | | Supper | 23:30-01:00 | S$19 | FREE |
The lunch/dinner buffet covers 100+ dishes — chilled seafood, Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, Chinese delicacies, western pastries. 2-hour dining limit per payment.
With the Phase-1 promo: the free breakfast or supper voucher is worth S$19 — practical to take advantage if you stay through the natural meal window.
### Our weekday-visit verdict
Quiet weekday afternoon is the right way to visit BUBBLE House. All facilities were operational, the fruit + Häagen-Dazs supply was full (early-opening rumours of fruit shortage appear to have been weekend-only operational kinks), and the massage technique on the foot reflexology was genuinely strong.
The bath pools are average — standard urban-bathhouse hot/cold/herbal pool mix, nothing exceptional vs Japanese ryokan onsen or luxury hotel spa pools. But that's not why you come — you come for the comprehensive experience at the $59 entry-tier price point: locker amenities + Dyson hair dryers + free-flow Häagen-Dazs + reading cave + e-sports room + cinema + capsule sleep pods + complimentary fruit bar, all under one roof.
Best for: - Social weekend hangs with friends (4-6hr chill escape) - Couples on a date-day (paid massage + shared lounging) - Families with kids (under 12 only S$49 24-hr) - Post-flight Jurong-area travellers needing recovery
Skip if: - You're a serious onsen/spa connoisseur expecting unique pool concepts - You only have 1-2 hours (6-hr pass is wasted) - You can't visit by 31 May (Phase-1 promo expires)
